If a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. A valid counter-notification should include the following elements:
a. A physical or electronic signature of the individual submitting the counter-notice; b. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal or access restriction;
c. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
d. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your area or, if outside the U.S., for any district in which the service provider is located, and that you agree to accept service of process from the complainant.
