DMCA Notice

Claims of Copyright Infringement and Related Issues - we respect intellectual property rights and respond promptly to valid takedown requests.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been reproduced in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our designated agent by providing the information outlined below. Please read this notice carefully before submitting a claim.

Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, your written communication must include all of the following elements. Incomplete notices may not be acted upon.

  • A Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple works are covered by a single notice - a representative list of such works.
  • B Identification of the infringing material and a description of its location (e.g. URL) so that our copyright agent can locate it.
  • C Your contact information, including full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, so we can reach you regarding your complaint.
  • D A signed statement confirming: (i) the above information is accurate; (ii) you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law; and (iii) under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Upon receiving a valid notification, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

Warning: Filing a false DMCA claim may result in significant legal penalties, including liability for damages, costs, and attorney's fees under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

Submitting a Counter-Notification

If a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. A valid counter-notification must include all of the following:

  • A Your physical or electronic signature.
  • B Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access was restricted.
  • C A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
  • D Your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your area (or any district in which the service provider is located, if outside the U.S.), and that you agree to accept service of process from the original complainant.
